What you want:Â
4 skinless and boneless hen breasts Â
1 tsp smoked paprika Â
½ tsp onion granules Â
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (non-compulsory) Â
low-calorie cooking spray Â
4 degree tbsp honey  Â
2 degree tbsp scorching chilli sauce or sriracha Â
cooked dried rice and your favorite greens, to serve Â
lime wedges, to serveÂ
What you do:Â
1. Put the hen breasts between sheets of cling movie and bash with a rolling pin or meat mallet till theyâre about 2cm thick.
