What you want: 

4 skinless and boneless hen breasts  
1 tsp smoked paprika  
½ tsp onion granules  
¼ tsp cayenne pepper (non-compulsory)  
low-calorie cooking spray  
4 degree tbsp honey   
2 degree tbsp scorching chilli sauce or sriracha  
cooked dried rice and your favorite greens, to serve  
lime wedges, to serve 

What you do: 

1. Put the hen breasts between sheets of cling movie and bash with a rolling pin or meat mallet till they’re about 2cm thick.
