½ x 400g can haricot beans, drained and rinsed  
6 pickled silverskin onions  
600ml vegetable inventory, appropriate for vegans 
1 tbsp tomato purée  
1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, or Henderson’s relish to make it vegetarian/vegan 
1 degree tsp sweetener granules 

What you do: 

1. Put all of the components in a big non-stick saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes, or till the carrots are tender.  

2. Take away from the warmth and blitz till easy with a stick blender (or use a meals processor and return to the pan). Season to style and divide between 4 bowls.
