1 tsp Worcestershire sauce, or Hendersonâs relish to make it vegetarian/veganÂ
1 degree tsp sweetener granulesÂ

1. Put all of the components in a big non-stick saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes, or till the carrots are tender. Â
