What you want:
250g fat-free pure yogurt
150g contemporary strawberries, raspberries and blueberries, strawberries hulled and sliced
What you do:
1. Line a large baking tray with baking paper. Dollop the yogurt over the baking paper, then use a spatula or spoon to unfold it round evenly, so itâs about 1cm thick.
2. Evenly scatter over the berries, then put the baking tray within the freezer for at the very least 3 hours, or itâs till utterly strong.
3. When itâs able to eat, go away to face at room temperature for five minutes to melt barely, then break the bark into items to serve.
